I don't know if Badlion made it easier to get high ratings or not, so I don't know what to say about that.

Well, the most you can get drained is only 214, which is way easier to get back than 31 elo. There r also promotion and demotion matches, so def yes.

Seems pretty accurate to me. The only thing that gets me is how it says that Masters is 2700 elo. But if you look in the description for Tylarzz's video called "Masters Rank in Build UHC" he says "This was way easier than getting to 2700 Elo." Not trying to be butthurt, though. This does seem pretty accurate to me overall.
