Honesty I have no idea if it is my computer or what. When I join a badlion mini uhc or hosted uhc I can play for a few minutes before an error pops up where the chat is saying "OpenGL error: out of memory" when this occurs my fps drops to like 1 frame every 15-30 seconds and it is very hard to exit the game, but when I restart the game I can join the uhc back and repeate the process.

This only happens on badlion uhcs
I can play uhc meetup and everything
else. – I tried other uhcs

How much memory are you allocating and how many pixels for your texturepack?
Try using default and see if it happens?

Maybe graphics card error?
