HCF Stands For Hard Core Factions!This would be a good addition to badlion because of the player bases. People all over the world play HCF(if they play minecraft).
HCF Is like a 10 - 20 Man Faction with 1 ally or no allies! Its hardcore because everything is hard to get. Regular factions is boring(If your IP-Banned) From Cosmic, xD. But as I was saying, Servers should have HCF. I mean ive played HCF for like 2 weeks on WenjaPvP. But during those 2 weeks Ive learned alot. Ive learned how to brew potions, Build auto brewers, pvp better, run faster(xD). Ive learned how to do koths, and Conquest. I love conquest especially since i have a member that screams when he needs help. But HCF would be a good addition to this popular server. I mean Wenja used to have like 100 player bases because of the new map, but now there is like 31 on per hour. I hope you reconsider bring this into the badlion enviroment. It would be a good addition! If anyone has any questions about HCF, feel free to PM/DM me on the forums or just post your question in the link! If staff has any questions! I would be glad to answer them!

Would that not mean Premium could remove the whole cheater issue and HCF could possibly make a comeback in the future?

Could go either way tbh. If it's not possible to cheat maybe many of the potpvp players won't feel the need to cheat (since others can't cheat) and play HCF on premium. But maybe they don't even want to play the game if they can't cheat and then they won't play HCF on premium.
Regardless HCF isn't really something on our agenda atm.

Depends what you're inferring by the "you know". If you're implying that Premium is bad then I don't think that's going to be a problem. For a beta product premium is really good and when it's finished PotPvP on it will be so much better than regular Minecraft.
If you're talking about cheaters not wanting to play it, refer to what HalfCreeper said. I'd hope that a lot of people would start HCF because of the lack of cheaters on premium which would up the player counts too
