[Reports] - Idea

Hello there,Recently, i saw many cropped reports. With this way people could easy forge and made someone else get unfairly punished. So basically i have to ideas.
1st one - Make reports private for staff members and the person who reported only. If you implement this people will not blackmail each other about reports.
2nd one - Screenshots should not be cropped to prevent forging.

2nd one is a good ideaMy friend got a mute when he replied L after this dude called him a Dickhead
The dude that called him a dickhead later reported my friend and he got banned

1. no2. neutral, if somebody fakes evidence on you and you report them for doing so they get banned and you can use that report to show the mute/ban is false.

It's fairly easy to spot fake reports imo. And if a staff member is confused, we can always just ask an admin, or senior mod, to look into a person's chat logs. It's not as big as a deal as you might think. Also, having screenshots cropped personally saves me a whole lot of time, because I don't have to search through the chat of a every screenshot, but rather just have a cropped gyazo where the chat is large and visible. Plus I don't have to sit there and read all of that chat, but rather just read what is relevant for muting.Idk, just my opinion. -1 for both
