Toggle Sneak/Sprint for 1.7.10

Hey, so I've become pretty used to toggle sprint as of late, but don't know how to get it for 1.7. I've tried downloading forge several times but it doesn't seem to work on my computer, so if there is any other way to get it, tell me please. By the way im on a mac if that makes a difference.Thanks

On mac u need to go to library/.minecraft/mods I think that's how it goes but idk if it goes like that I have windows
