Just read the email that said your stuff has been changed.Then it will say something about someone stealing your account and all that or just go to the minecraft.net webpage and look.

If it says something like this http://prntscr.com/eqdb9iThen just log onto minecraft.net and type the password you last remembered. If it is wrong, just click on forgot password. Then it will take you the mojang website and there just type the email associated with ur mc account. Then they will send you a link in the email. click it and change your password ;)
