Unbanning a very old account

Hey guysI wanted to know if there is a chance you could unban one of my other accounts from a really really long time ago (October 11 2015). I wanted to re-appeal but i didnt know how to do it. The account name is AussieWests and the ban was for xxraying. I dont do it anymore and i would like it if the account could get unbanned, because i dont use xray anymore like i did 3 years ago lololol.
Sorry if this belongs in the wrong section but i couldnt find where you re-appealed for a denied ban. I would gladly do it if i got shown how to .
