Help pls, i don't know how to report

Hello, so i played a Mini UHC FFA, 2 People were teaming ( i got it recorded ) I allready reportet them ingame, but how do i Report them on this site? I mean so that i can send the Clip and they will get banned .-. Someone pls give me a link to the Reports, i didn't find them…… forgive my bad english, i am German :3-Gromenox
