prevent fresh account hackers

Atm there a lots of fresh accounts xraying and hacking in uhcs, its annoying… 20 minutes in and 00 only accounts with 0 hours and 50 diamonds.it would be able to prevent this if you are only able to join a uhc if you have played like a few hours before on the network or if you have a mini uhc win or meetup win. all the hackers would need lots of time to get in only one uhc then so there wont be as much fresh account hackers as there are atm.
pls do something against this
