Voting not working

Whenever I go to the Badlion site to vote, I can't get the voting or most other pages to load.halp.

As I said Voting and forums are working but I cant do anything else, and I have no idea what a javascript is.
EDIT: I thought we were on the new thread I made, where I said I could vote, woops
