Just wondering if anyone else got their ping increased in the last month. My ping recently went from about 30-50 ms to now 90-120 ms. All other minecraft servers are about the same, so its not computer related.Posted on 21 January 2014 - 04:12 AM

Whorney, the host is located in Tampa, Florida.And I am starting to get slightly different MS, but only from 39-45, and I am getting littlel spikes in my MS checks, I.E 39, 41, 75, 43

We've been getting hit by some pretty big ddos's since we opened up factions, which caused us to have to go behind more protection for some time. It's not the box lagging, it's the network because of the added temporary protection.Posted on 21 January 2014 - 06:43 PM

The lag is due to the storm currently on the east coast. I don't think there is anything that I can do to solve this, but I will call up my hosting company later and make sure it isn't on their side.Posted on 21 January 2014 - 09:37 PM

^ This definitely confirms there is an issue and I am working to get it solved as quickly as possible.

The results above are actually not accurate. That's the firewall interfering. Things are looking clear on the server side so I am back to my original theory of the other ISP's having some issues due to the snow storm on the east coast at the moment. I am still lagging MasterGBerry. However, at night time when none really on i get perfect connection. I think the signal is just a bit weak. Give it a few days to recover.Posted on 24 January 2014 - 03:31 PM
