So i have been looking browsing badlion forums and i saw a lot of things , from helpful to plain stupid .either way some people tend to have impressive posts like @Jinxful , that gets alot of up votes .
So i was thinking of way to give back to people that spend there time posting/reporting/helping the community in general like point system that you earn .
Also each player profile there should be in About a feedback or rating page and place where other players can comment there experience with that player (nothing offensive ) .
benefits of this ranking system :
-more people post and active on the forums .
-it should help accepting a staff application since the admins know you are active .
-reduce the amount of wasted time spent by staff answering already answered question since other player will help .
ranking system should be like punishment system kinda , the more you get points they more you advance (changeable) .
players can give 1 point , mods 3 points , senior staff 6 points , admins 8 points , owners 10 points

Ratings can be abused quite badly, imagine if a clan leader tells his entire clan to rate someone poorly. Gets nasty fast.Posted on 06 April 2017 - 07:28 PM

To be honest, the point system sounds like a good idea for staff only. Hypixel already does something like this, and it hasn't really turned into anything extreme. As for the whole rating thing, it would just end up being abused to target and harass people. Going back to the point system, it shouldn't really mean anything other than a simple thank you from the staff team. And if it is worth anything, it should strictly be used as something to brag about.+1 for what I said
