Why can not I enter a hosted UHC

Hello, I'm new to the server and when I try to login, tell me this a uhc is not currently running chest Or if whithelisted does not appear and I do not know what it is please I need your help

Make sure you join at the exact time it says for the UHC here https://www.badlion.net/uhc/upcoming-matchesYou can use time.is to join at the right time, but it might be full because donators to the server can join before the exact time and there are only a certain amount of spots in the game (275, 335, etc)

Just join an Australian game they never full up.
