both of these should be implemented for many reasons .Blocking people on the forum is quite needed becuase bigger the community gets the more opinions we will have and they will be different and some might not like them or get offended by .
Another example if you get someone banned and him or his friends started to harass you , you just block them. .
Being banned on the forums equals a blacklist , you can't appeal that wither guilty or not , some people don't know how important the forums or the benefits you get from it , banning people even if it wa huge deal is kinda hard .
Temporary bans on the forums (30 days) should be a warning so players can understand there mistakes and hopefully never do it again .

+1 to blocking as I can see where many players would find this quite usefulI am going to -1 the temp forum ban however due to the fact that it being such a serious offense should not be lightened. If you get forum banned its your fault and yours alone, You should know how to be mature and respectful on the forums. You are also issued warning most times before you get banned also, Do not lighten it for those who don't deserve to post here.

Almost 2 years I got banned on the forums because I said gcheat was stupid or something (I was being an idiot ) then sent mail to the owners and it said try in 6 months but when I tried it had automatic response so I was not able to get unban , after that I tried to ask archy on his stream if he can help and he started screaming and banned me , after a year a joined badlion discord and got unbanned .
It was extremely hard for me to get on contact with badlion and could not get a chance to appeal , that's why i prefer temp as they less harsh .
Ofc if someone pushed the line should get banned immediately

You just proved my point. If you get a forum ban its on you, the owners proved that. It's a waste of time most often to deal with forum appeals as they are on the player's shoulders alone. The wait was not overdone as I am assuming and you are lucky to be unbanned. I do not believe people deserve temp forum bans as they are the players fault and no one others. Just be cautious of what you post and have fun maturely, simple.

It's on me and all but there should I way to get unbanned and some people don't think how useful the forum , a second chance would be nice

TBH, its not hard to ignore someone that's being "mean" to you on the forums, and if it's that bad, they will get forum banned anyway. Forum bans can be appealed also, because I remember @Jinxful was forum banned, and now he's back to the good ole post on the minecraft forums!Posted on 12 April 2017 - 07:21 PM
