Well the average is actually exactly silver 2 considering the fact that thats the starting point, and that points are exchanged every match. No points are lost or created. The number of points in the system stays the same.However thats taking into account random noobs who join on server and play like twice which takes a huge chunk out of the leaderboard. Across people who actually play consistently and competitively, I'd say the average is considered to be around gold V.

For BuildUHC, I would say it's around Gold III to Gold V. Other ladders are different.
