Hey everyone !

I've 4 problems :

1. Points in Ranked 1v1

A)Yesterday I did some 1v1 ranked BuildUHC, and sometimes the points didn't get into the scoreboard !

B)When I was at 931 point (SI) I fought a G3 and I won , I got 69 points (to get 1000/1000).

After I decided to do antother fight to get G5 and I won!

C)Something Strange, I wanna check on the website the details of my fights, and it write 502 error…

And.. that is not all.

Yesterday I did some UHCMeetup and the points didn't get to my ranking, and on the website, my yesterday's fights don't appear…

D)I had like 2.75 KDR on like 20 games (I wrote the stats on a paper) and I think, normally, I will be emerald 2 but I'm STILL EMERALD 4.

Like I said before, my fights don't appear on my profil, so I've no proof but I think the moderators can check if I was really there or if I just lie (but I never lie).

It is really weard and I hope the mods can be usefull !!!

We've had some issues with some arena services the past days but all these issues should be resolved by now.

UHCMeetup had some issues with the ratings not being processed correctly as well yesterday. Should be fixed by now too.

Hey ! Thank you for answering !

The problem is that no game didn't update !

So, if I play 1 game in ranked / meetup, should my game stats will be deleted ? or will it force it to update ?

Idk if you understood well, anyway I did a friend request on discord, if you didn't understand well, accept it and we will talk, you will understand better

No matches on UHCMeetup were updating their rating but stats were saving. Sadly we can't fix the ratings and we're sorry for the issues.
