Hello, someone could tell me because in uhc meetup my rank comes out as '' hidden '' and that I can do so that the rank in which I am appears

You need to have played at least 10 matches before you're able to see your rank. Note that ratings are separate per region. So if you play a lot on NA and then play on EU it will have a different ratings, wins etc.

If you did play more you can do /settings or use the items when you die after a game when being spectator.
