i rarely hit 10, it's mostly 8-9. And uh I guess it's always been like that, I had 9cps/sec on a clicking test in 2012 as far as i remember

As long as you do proper hand stretches, and take breaks from jittering every once in a while, you should be all good.

There's no need to jitter though. 6-7 cps is enough to be good.
