I emailed my staff app like a 2 weeks ago. Not a response. Ik it says on the staff application page to assume you were banned, but I am just checking. If i was declined could someone tell me why?

Only admins can accept/deny your application. If you haven't a reply in 2/3 weeks, you were denied.

I don't know, if you'll get accepted, an admin will contact you. If you won't get accepted no one will contact you. Without reasons.

The whole point of getting denied and not giving a reason is to make people think instead of having it hand fed to them. It's to demonstrate that people can think and self analyse to see what is wrong with their application or their repuation/behaviour. If you get told whats wrong with your application half the server would have strong applications…

Staff apps can sometimes take longer than 3 weeks to be dealt with. Also, we're not allowed to reveal anything about staff apps, but if you're accepted, you will be notified by one of the head admins. If you're denied, you won't be messaged at all. If you get denied, it is probablly for a very obvious reason, and you should work on yourself as a person to improve your bad qualities/traits if you want to get into the staff team. Something worth while to note is that creating threads like this signifigantly decreases your odds at making it in, as this showcases immaturity, impatience, and a failiure to follow directions.
