No Golden Heads in UHC FFA

Recently, I haven't been receiving player's heads when I kill them in UHC FFA. I noticed it last week, but didn't think much of it. Then after a week, I started to think it was a bug so I decided to report it.In the video, you can see me killing two players and not receiving their heads. You can also see that, in the chat, another player starts complaining about the heads as well.
