My friend Kyzo_ was IP banned around a year ago. He has made an appeal that was accepted. He has waited out his ban however he is still banned. is there anyway he can be unabnned.https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/171759
Am i missing something? does he have to appeal?

He says that because he is ip banned he cant make an appeal
