There sort of is as taking away ELO has decreased the amount of players on by a crazy amount, and they're not coming back because it had a permanent effect.

Maybe you could earn these blocks by doing certain achievements like getting the emerald block for getting emerald in build or get another block for playing 100 ranked build matches.Big +1
