Honestly I used to be a big Nike fanboy but I've been starting to like Adidas a lot recently. Which is your favorite between the two? My favorite lifestyle/running shoe from Adidas currently is the NMD R1 and my favorite lifestyle shoe from Nike as of right now is the Air Force Ones. Note: I know the NMDS were originally runners, but let's be honest here, nobody really runs in them. Their mainly just for fashion now.Which is your preferred brand? The swoosh or the brand with three stripes?

I owned a pair of Adidas Predators in 2008 when they were cool.I own a pair of Nike boots for general purpose.
I'd say they offer the same sort of items, with similar uses, for a similar price and quality - asides from branding.
I've found so long as you have something with rubber on the bottom of it, it's more about technique than tool with running. We, as humans, automatically run with the best technique with no shoe on, so it's about how easily you can adapt the technique and correct your style with any shoe. If you depend on a shoe to succeed, what happens when you wear it out? You won't find a new shoe with the exact same feel, so it's likely to affect you, unlike it would if you developed a perfect technique for any pair of shoe.

Nike. Whenever I go to buy shoes I simply try on multiple different pairs of shoes and buy the ones that fit the best, and that has always been for years Nike.Last edited on 10 May 2017 - 08:47 PM by Oromo

Not too much difference in quality, @sewl, but rather the looks are different.
