Bad ping advantage :/

Idk if it's a bug or if this server is just dumb. But it aint fair that people with trash internet or ping get the advantage. Please change this. Their advantages are to OP.Advantages: Hits (looks like reach sometimes)
KB: (People with bad ping barely take any)
