As you may notice I quoted the word anti cheat… That is because I notice how cheater infested the ladders no debuff and gapple are… I know it's a hackusation, but 9 times out of 10 an account is recently unbanned for cheating and continues to cheat. It's just annoying that staff can't monitor reports, but rather focus on muting players (that's where a majority of my mutes come from lmao) Because personally I've played this game for so long that it's pretty easy to tell the difference between a player with low ping or latency and blatant cheats. In no way does a player get a consistent 4+ block reach and hits while turning around. I almost feel like recording every single one of my ranked matches and upload the cheaters, unlisted of course… It's just pathetic how a player can hop on and reach leaderboards before FINALLY getting caught… A prime example is the player "Fail" he was Gold III and drained me multiple times, a few days later he's top 10 and diamond… Then he eventually gets banned… Some improvements on the anti-cheat need to be made honestly… I don't need no "use the badlion client" because I dislike 1.8 pvp xD. I don't personally play a lot of arena myself, but I think it is safe to say that the developers are always working on improving the anti-cheat. GCheat whilst not perfect does a good job at limiting what hacks people can use and forces lower settings. Anything above certain settings probably would get you banned straight away.

Whilst it may feel like a lot of cheaters, it may be that you are just at a bad cycle and keep queuing against the same people. Sorry that I can't be much help and hopefully someone with more knowledge than me comes in and can provide some useful information.

That's true it sucks that clients nowadays are pretty much undetectable if the settings are set low enough to still have an advantage, but be undetected. And I don't q

Oops I pressed enter without finishing, but I don't que the same cheaters over and over, it's just random non placed and Gold III- Gold I's in no debuff that are so fishy. That eventually get banned, but by then they drained lots of high rated players which sucks lol

this game was designed for placing blocks and mining diamonds, not for competitive pvp, and therefore, mojang made it very easy to fucking cheat in
