I want to be part of the staff and how can I do it

Hello and thank you for reading me today I wanted to ask you to be part of the Badlion staff. I wanted to ask you how to do it. I would be very grateful if you would tell me and if you ask because I am the one indicated? In minecraft pocket edition i was mod of my own server and in minecraft console i am known as a great host andSave me I'm in pc minecraft wanted to ask them to be part of the staff of this great server please respond and I wait for your answer I say goodbye: D
