Honestly just start kicking players if they have over 200 ping for over 30 seconds, It's not even the same game playing against someone that laggy and it causes false bans due to their laggy hits. A player with 200 or more ping can be 5 blocks away hitting you and not be cheating, he's just lagging kicking players if they have over 200 (or a certain amount of ping) would help the badlion community as a whole and make more people play elo due to them understanding that they will not need to play against someone that is nearly lagging out of the server for an entire match only to lose to a combo of laggy hits.Posted on 13 May 2017 - 01:46 AM

Ok you've all made good points, however is it possible to maybe not allow them to play ranked with a message saying something along the lines of "your ping is currently too high to play in ranked matches" it's frustrating to both sides to have laggy players in ranked games.Posted on 13 May 2017 - 02:08 PM

Think about the other player's perspective. Do you think it is fair to not allow someone to play strictly off where they live or what internet they can afford? Not everyone is like you. People come from different background and you need to accept that.Grow up, and deal with it

1. Not everyone has access or good location for good ping.Different players come form all over the world and they have a right to play the game. You have to accept the fact that not everyone will have the same ping as you and learn to deal with it like everyone else. People with higher ping also have to deal with their own issues, its not a one sided thing and all players around the world will deal with it eventually. People have to play with high ping just as you have to deal with it and it may not be fair on either side but that's the way it is and you can't really change that.
How would this help Badlion as a whole?
If players with high ping started getting kicked because of their internet or location it would likely cause them to leave and look for a closer hosted server. People may love badlion but if they are unfairly kicking those with bad internet, Badlion will lose players and have to deal with more flame from the public. What advantages would come from kicking the laggier players? There is zero advantage besides personal gain and I doubt that a few individuals would lead enough of a movement. No matter what region you are in this is going to be found, kicking them will cause nothing but global hate against badlion.

I'm considering adding a premium feature to arenapvp that allows premium players to limit the ping of their opponents in season 15. not 100% sold/sure on it yet though.otherwise this is how the internet works.
