A lot of people have been complaining that they were getting a message that they were stuck in arena, and can't join a match. This isn't unique to you in specific, and happens to plenty of people. It is being fixed in season 15 as well, so this is being worked on.

For those wondering how it will stop, it's quite simple. You need to wait for your original match timer (of the game before) to run out and hit 0. This will forcefully end the game, and you'll be able to join a match after that. Originally, the match timer is 15 minutes, so it may take up to 15 minutes for the match timer to run out (assuming your game ended right at the start of said game).
