Hello! Before I start I want to tell you that it is a banning problem, the thing is that I have an alt (account) Well that account I banned it I made the appeal I was denied there is everything well, well wait 1 month to be able to respond again to That post but I see that the staff that brings the appeal is no longer a staff, now I have 2 days putting a much better reason of unban but no staff answers that appeal and it makes me weird, too weird, all the appeals have been answered less The one I made, below I leave the link to see that it is not normal, I know that this is not the place to post this but there are no sites in the photo where I can put this, Please I need help.

Puede tomar unos dias o semanas para que un appeal sea vista. Te recomiendo que no spamees en el appeal porque cause que se salga de la lista de espera cada vez que pones algo

It can take a few days to weeks before an appeal gets reviewed. I do suggest you not to keep spamming on the appeal since that causes it to go to the back of the waiting line every single time
