Command to cancel start countdown on ctw scrimmages

Add a way to cancel the countdown or modify it when the match is starting , in OCN it was /cancel , /start and it was really good.Please this is really needed since once you duel the enemy team and you get tp'd to the map you have less than 30 seconds to organize your team.
