According to your wonderful logic I can now say we have decided to delay all of 1.7 features inside of 1.8. We will be releasing them over time. Now I no longer lied according to you!

Literally delaying is the exact same thing as releasing unfinished and patching it over time -> the shit gets finished at the same time, it just whether or not you got to play it sooner.

And I hate to break it to you, but we did change a lot of KB delay related stuff so saying we lied about that when you can easily test it with default minecraft logs just shows your utter stupidity. Obviously changing KB delay means we need to update KB values, but we're waiting for S15 for that.
