There isn't much proof of your friend not hacking. It's mainly 23 seconds of footage before he got banned. Also, you seem to be breaking a rule that states

Their rank doesn't justify if they are legit or not. I've seen people hack on other servers that they donated for and hack. So I would not assume this right away. Your friend may be lying to you. I lied to my friends when I hacked against a popular YouTuber on another server, even though I donated on it. I regretted it right away. I had to deal with the thoughts of getting banned on it, but I didn't since I never got reported and their anti-cheat sucked at the time. Not saying that I'm right your wrong, just saying that your friend is probably lying and doesn't want to admit to it.

If he appealed, and it got denied, he was cheating. We check GCheat logs, and can tell if someone was cheating or not. Simple.Locked
