2 CC Bug/Glitches

#1 okay someone needed help with a bug/glitch and he told me when ever you delete a kit or attempt to in CC it does not register instead it lags the server for a good 20-30 seconds this causes people to Spam which doesn't help it at all. plus the kits don't get deleted either. It has been lagging for a total of 3-4 mins currently at the time of this being written.#2 When i Mute Someone They are still able to talk in chat it's like it just doesn't have any affect on them.

The mute/ban issue was issues with the new mainframe deploying.The lag on deleting kits seems to be gone? if not please tell me.
