I would record something but my fps drops to 16 with OBS on. The problem is… im winning but im not as good as I could be, normally people will rod me and ill just jitter click them out and combo them to death, this doesn't always work and due to my inexperience with the rod I lose to higher ranked players, if anyone could give me some tips on rodding for a beginner it would be much appreciated.PSA: Dont say "Practice"

I use the rod once to start hitting with the sword. I can't really give you advices to be better with the rod. I can only say you that you need to use the rod very much.Posted on 21 May 2017 - 12:07 PM

if you need help with obs send a message my waybut I recommend obs classic obs studio kills my fps and makes bad quality recordings with my PC but people like Tylarzz get better fps with Studio than Classic so it depends on your PC

some people use different keybinds to rod easier for example:
Combover (masters on 4 accounts) uses 2 of his side buttons with one of them as his 2 slot (his rod) and the other to his sword so he can rod quickly
Arrowless/Yoab (Diamond III Build) uses R for his rod and F for his sword so he can do similar
Chocqlate (Diamond V) uses 4 for his rod and R for his sword so he can rod quicker
Danteh (2800 build) uses V for his rod so he can continuously strafe while using the rod, even so danteh isn't exactly a rod god
Huahwi uses a side button for his rod but he's not that good right now
I'll list some other people that use a easier hotkey for the rod so you can check out their YouTube or something idk

you know it doesnt matter where you put your rod as long as youre used to doing it, i mean i used to be pretty good with the rod (2014 times) and i purely used the scroll wheel
