Banning mid-match

Noted, thanks for the updates :-DPosted on 19 December 2017 - 09:58 AM
This entire “rule” makes no sense. So if we aren’t positive someone is hacking, then we shouldn’t ban mid match, but we still ban them after the match if we aren’t sure? Whether or not a hack is “blatant” means nothing, if you are banning someone you need to be 100% positive they are hacking (regardless of if it is mid match or not).Posted on 19 December 2017 - 10:54 AM

Where did I say "if you aren't positive someone is cheating, don't ban mid match"? The words I used were you are allowed to ban mid-match for "blatant hacks" meaning "extremely obvious KA/FF, Speed, Fly, etc". Extremely obvious KA/FF being like someone 7 blocking someone or something crazy like that. The example of any senior looking at it and immediately seeing that the person is cheating came straight from Archy, in an attempt to make the point that it should be extremely obvious to anyone who sees the evidence that the player is cheating.
Let me know if you need anymore clarification or have anymore questions. @FunkyFactions @UVpickles

The reason this rule exists is for damage reduction, to reduce the impact of a false ban. If someone is banned mid-match and it is overturned and ruled false, the consequences are much more severe than if they are banned outside of the ranked match.
