I knew it wasn't a smart thing to do and I would most likely be scolded for it if I was caught, but I genuinely had no idea it was so serious I would be demoted for it. I was originally told the reasons why that wasn't allowed and then told to unban everyone, which I thought was the end of the whole ordeal. Then I came back a few hours later and noticed I was demoted.
I used to think TopDogs were a group of funny and smart individuals on the forums, but now that I have arguments with them on discord every other day it has shown me quite the opposite. LordBowser is OK, but the other two are just annoying.
I would like to go to college (which is coming pretty soon), get a good job and start a family; the American Dream I guess.
I would say something about giving mods more incentive to be really active all the time, because it always just seems like a small group of people tryharding for senior and then everyone else just sitting back and logging on once a week. But the addition of the Mod+ rank was a good move in my opinion, and I hope to see the details of it given out soon. Also some way to encourage seniors/managers to actually log on the server would be nice, once they hit the high ranks they seem to lose motivation to actually log on and do stuff. Many smaller things could also be done on the server to improve the happiness of the mods; global chat, make it easier to spec people, etc.
You were one of my favorite seniors mods when you were on the staff team, and probably one of the best too. I liked you for your tendency to actually advocate for change in the staff team and suggest improvements to make it better. This seemed to be a pretty rare feat for staff members, especially the higher ranks. I definitely disagreed with some of the opinions you held about the staff team and sometimes thought you would be bias in situations where it's a player vs. a staff member, but you do seem like a smart guy.

I think you should stop making so many threads about quitting the forums and just accept your addiction. I'm not sure if your irl threads that you always make are real but they are definitely entertaining to read. I remember a while ago you were in the influence guild but you got kicked after you got banned for cheating, and I kinda stopped talking to you after that.

To be honest, these are the exact same issues that the arena team has had since around the time I joined the team a year and a half ago (and I bet some of them are even older). While I do think adding subranks will temporarily increase motivation in some areas of the team, I worry that it's too minor of a change to cause any lasting changes.

Thank you - I really did try for a long time. And it's true that I had my own biases. I think everyone does, but some of us do a better job of not letting them interfere with our jobs than I did.
