Rank issues

So I was playing ArenaPVP, BuildUHC my rank was emerald 4 than it disconnected me and all others, said no lobby found.When I relog I didnt have a rank (Premium) and my rank on ArenaPVP (BuildUHC) was gold 2. When I tried to queue up for Ranked 1v1 builduhc, it says u just won 3 unranked, u'll have to play 2 more games before playing ranked. LOL.

I don't think so, but maybe some reboot made some requests to fail ? but it shouldn't do things like that, i really have no idea
