About the new rating system ?

couple things I would like to talk about.it's going to be elo but is it going to be the same amount of point lost and gained as MMR?
removing in between ratings will create somewhat of a gap like gold 1 are really good compared to gold 5 meaning it will be a bit harder to rank up?
when in between ranks removed they will be a higher rating than this season or less?
about queue system, it's going to be worked on again and I can say that players get annoyed when they fight higher up ranks (6 ranks different) how about they only be allowed to fight people in their rating but when they get placement match for the next rating they get higher rank so they can earn it, when they get drained and about to lose their rating to silver they fight someone from sliver ?

Wow I don't like reading such stuff but it has Elo and MMR so I'll read it.
1.Highest Elo u can lose and gain is 30 and least u can lose or gain is 1
2. 199 rating​ difference between ranks so this question is opinionated
3.less,
4. There is no placement match, u start of from 1.4 K Elo
Look at the previous seasons (before s13) for a better understanding.
