I get disconnected from a match(to the hub) right as I join the match, and I'm able to get back to the match by quickly joining Arena PvP, and then clicking on the text to rejoin the server. This works for me but I need a way to fix the disconnection from a match. It doesn't happen once or every once in awhile it happens every time I've tried to join a unranked or ranked match. Please help me if you can.

Edit: Actually I believe it is my version after reading some other posts, I will try changing it and see if it works

@Pohnx what MC version are you using and are you using any mods installed?
