Once you surpass a certain point, such as emerald V in build uhc you will soon realize how many placers get fancy hits. Getting drained in gapple by someone who just got unbanned and players who hack on alts just to see how far they will get on a fresh account. Alright. Even if staff do not respond to your msg, they are probably afk or doing something else. There are many ways to report someone and get them banned or muted. You could record at all times if you really care about the community or you can screenshot toxic behavior and report it on the forums. In my experiences /report is responded fairly quickly. One time, I reported a player who was hacking at dm in SG, and he got banned by a staff member after the game was completed. So that's a perfect example that staff do actually look at the /reports.
