Can bad internet cause reach.

So my ms to badlion is bugged and I don't know Y. I get 240 ms where in past I get 170. But since I stared to get this high ping I have been hackuzated for reach by a lot of players. So can bad internet cause reach ?Last edited on 30 May 2017 - 08:44 AM by *deleted-101676
