I'm gonna go against the majority here and -1. There are many times that 2 people are on one thread conversing quite quickly which is fun. As well as this, clan recruitment would be a little annoying. Last point is if you tag someone wrong and need to make a second post then it'll be annoying to wait.

To counter these points, I'd say make it so there's only a cooldown if no one else posted. So if I made a thread and then someone replies in 30 seconds, I can reply right after but I can't if no one replies. This would have to be disabled for clan recruitment section and tags need to be able to be edited and still work.

There are legitimate reasons for a player creating multiple threads in quick succession. For instance, when reporting multiple hackers in a single game.
