Togglesneak bug

Hello I was wondering if this bug with togglesneak is bannable.I tested this on singleplayer, if you toggled sneak you can sneak in inventory.
Is this bannable and how do u fix it.
Do we have to disable the toggledsneak.

But then u can organize inventory when hiding. Also when it says in the rule Kohi TcpNoDelay Forge Mod. Mine says TcpNoDelay. Is that the one they are talking about?Fun fact did you know if you press ESC and Space at same time you infanity jump then press space to get out of it.
