add more hosts in uhc and if you tell me to apply for one LENA and badlion senior UHC staff are taking way too long to look at applications. I don't think that it should take 2 weeks for a person to open their gmail and read an email since there aren't even that many people applying for staff.

You won't get a response if the application is denied. And Lena has a life like the rest of us so she is probably busy and doesn't have time to check applications 24/7

Perhaps behaving in chat? We try not to go for numbers, but rather quality. Which means that if only idiots who are toxic apply, there won't be anyone who gets in.

Well this I've really been trying to keep my inner thoughts to myself but some people are so damn arrogant and toxic and annoying it comes to my breaking point. Im sorry for my toxicity and i won't let myself type anything thats offensive or toxic to someone if it isn't positive.

Don't apologize for it. I personally don't care. But, you should care more because the main person who has to suffer is you because you lose opportunities (like getting staff) and overall just miss out if you act like a dumbass. Maturity is learning from your mistakes, so learn from yours and move on.

Side note, I was an immature dumbass who would tell people to "kys" and stupid shit like that before I realized it was stupid and pretty pointless. Look where I am now, all it takes is a realization and some action.

This. @Cavasi has a post where he talks about how toxic he was but then changed - if you're still active enough, could you link it to us?
