Title explains all, can you say I'm chat things like 'Subscribe to [name] on YouTube!' or put a link to your channel in chat. Please put your opinions.

Ye, there's a cooldown for YT links so just don't by-pass it and you're fine

Yes. It's so that people don't spam chat woth their YT channels all the time. It isn't terribly long though.
