Kick - 3d ban - 7d ban - continues as 7 days for the rest

It's because they never had a teaming punishment in the last month and they weren't online for any kick punishment to happen, so we issue 1s bans.

Minigames Teaming time increasesKick -> 3day -> 7day -> 1month
If the player gets reported and he needs to be kicked first, minigames mods are allowed to ban for 1s as a warning, this substitutes the kick and the next time they team they will get banned for 3 days.

I see no point in going harsher, they are given the chance to learn from their mistakes and not do it again. There is no current need for change.

The kick/1 second ban is to warn them. They might not know. That's why things like Homophobic slurs only mute for 15 minutes. If you do it once, you get a very small punishment as a warning, but from there on out, they need to know not to do it and that's why it's there.
