Internal Exception Error message (Help)

Hi,Recently, I have been experiencing issues with servers and mainly badlion
When I am playing, I reguarly keep getting disconnected from the server with a message like this:
Internet Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: Badly compressed packet - size of 127 is below server threshold of 256.
THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE MANY MESSAGES I RECIEVE.
Please can someone with some knowledge on this issue reply to this thread, it is reguarly stopping me from playing.

This is a known issue of 1.7.10 forge and we are trying to resolve it.
