The maximum project template frame rate can be 120 in Pro 13. That is why 240 FPS videos are slowed down for me I assume. Is there any way to change the project settings to 240 fps and have it stay there? Or will I have to get Pro 14?

I don't know much about pro 13, but 240 fps in pro 14 works just fine for me.

240hz monitors exist, plus 240 fps looks way better when rendering than 120 or 60

When I say 240 FPS I mean recording in 240. When you do that, you videos look SOOOO GOOD.
