Double click ban ?

Okey yo game minecraft several years ago on my laptop as some know the laptop have their touchpad but if some have played on laptop they know it is a little difficult to play minecraft without a mouse because I have my mouse and the touchpad if I use the clicks Of the mouse to hit and the ones of the laptop is reason to ban? With mouse clicks I give from 7 to 8 cps and with the two from 12 to 14 I would like to know if this is a reason to ban because I was banned once for an unfair advantage and I do not use any clienten or anything but I finished banned
