tbh just get parts that are from this year, if you optimize your PC you can get decent-good fps no matter what PCmy CPU is an Intel core 2 duo E8400 @ 3Ghz (10 yrs old) and and my GPU is Nvidia GeForce GT 730 3-4 years old) and I get like 150-300 fps at all times (default settings) and even up to 200 fps in uhcs in low settings). In Overwatch I get 30-60 fps (not smooth but not choppy)
I used to complain to my parents a lot about how my PC is shit but I stopped complaining and optimized my PC and I couldn't be happier with my current setup. I only spent 80 USD on the GPU and that's it.
but you gotta keep in mind what the games out play rely on, games like overwatch rely more on the CPU while games like minecraft rely more on the GPU
last but not least keep in mind what hz o the monitor you're getting will be because if you're getting a 60hz monitor 500 fps in mc is cool but it doesn't really matter except for recording.

The only thing I'd change is the psu to something that is 80 plus bronze, I'd recommend this https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/nB3RsY/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze
Also you posted another thread about a windows key, you can get them cheaper from here https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/comments/6hqj5s/h_windows_10_7_8_81_server_office_visio_project/

You may find it useful to take a look at https://pcpartpicker.com, it will tell you if the parts you select are compatible, and you can look at other custom builds on there as well to get ideas.
